Purchasing a Gift Card

• Gift cards can be purchased in-store at 1225 Fort Bragg Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28303 or online. 

• Gift cards are available in any denomination 

• No fees will be applied to the purchase of a gift card.

 

Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at Westdale Vintage locations, including in-store and online purchases 

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any non-merchandise transactions, such as tips or fees.

• The card must be presented at the time of purchase for in-store use.

 

Card Balance

• You can check the balance of your gift card at any time in-store or online: Westdale Vintage Gift Card Balance

 

Expiration & Fees

• Westdale Vintage Gift Cards do not expire.

• No inactivity fees or maintenance fees will be applied to your gift card balance.

 

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

• Westdale Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

• If your card is lost or stolen, we will make every effort to replace it if proof of purchase is provided.

 

Refunds & Returns

• Gift cards are not refundable, and once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.

• Regular store return policies apply to merchandise purchased with a gift card.

 

Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards cannot be resold or transferred for commercial use.
